The Monarch Hotel

We appreciate the politeness of the staffs especially those at the Cristoforo. The food was good - authentic Filipino food. The restaurant staffs were attentive - refilling our glass everytime and asking if we need a high chair for our little one. We liked the pool. Our LO enjoyed dipping. The hotel location is perfect. There's a nearby shopping mall - not a big one for shopping but enough for strolling. The hotel, in general, is a nice-looking hotel, both inside and outside.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bed, champagne, restaurant foods was amazing. The staff was best in any hotel I have ever stayed at in the WORLD. The front desk hostess was amazing and true professional.

The hotel is very picturesque! The hotel and rooms were very spacious. Plenty of amenities in the room and breakfast was a decent spread. The staff were super nice and accommodating! Overall, a great escape from the every day hustle and bustle of the town. The mall across the hotel has plenty options for shopping and eating. Just nearby, there is also a great coffee, massage and spa space.

Exceptionally courteous and polite staff from security personnel, wait staff, housekeeping, and others. They all provided prompt service with a smile. Property is clean, well maintained and as pictured. There was a wide range of breakfast options and not repetitive. Breakfast on the second day was a bit different from first day, absolutely enjoyable. Truly an exceptional experience.
